In 1998 funds were raised and we participated with Operation Eyesight in an eye camp clinic which the foundation funded in the small rural village of Madanur in Northern India.  The Rotary Club in Palampur hosted us by providing accommodation. They also lead us on a tour through leprosy colonies, a senior citizen project that was adjacent to an orphanage and numerous hospitals and communities in need.  We continued our tour by visiting the northern towns in India, Palampur, Dhussara and Pragpur.
