This fund was established to provide bursaries to support the education of students who have shown an interest in volunteerism (either through past volunteering or having plans for volunteering in the future) and who require funds (based on a demonstrated financial need) to complete their studies.
Our 2009 recipient was awarded to Kimberly Tryon. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Education at the University of Alberta.
