OTHER PROGRAMS – Katelyn Cook Inspiration Award

J.W. Douglas Beatty initiated a fund that was started by the Cook family in memory of their daughter Katelyn Elizabeth Cook who died at age 15 April 23rd, 2005, following a tragic car accident. The Katelyn Cook Inspiration Award is given out annually as a cash award, to a student at the Composite High School in Ponoka, Alberta who best exemplifies Katelyn’s kind heart and uplifting spirit.
